UNIFORMS
Uniforms are issued to all players at the start of the Fall season. The club outfits each player with a uniform and black socks. These socks can be kept by the players. The players need to provide shin guards, soccer shoes, and black shorts for themselves.
Uniform Policy At the end of the season, we request that the coaches gather all uniforms. Uniforms cost the club a lot of money.
Outlined below is the WSC Uniform Policy for uniforms distributed for use this season. Please determine which category applies to your team and plan accordingly. Please remember that the equipment and uniforms are expensive. If we are able to track the return of equipment and uniforms from all of the teams in the club, it allows us the ability to identify extra dollars in the budget for continuing education and training, such as the Soccer Academies we had this Fall. I think we can all agree that is a worthwhile outcome.
1. Coaches not returning to Coach a WSC team next Fall:
You are responsible for collecting all uniforms and equipment and returning them to the club. Contact Lynda Zeis at lzeis@earthlink.net for the when/where to return these items.
2. Coaches with teams playing in the SYSA City Tournament and/or Spring Soccer:
Please keep your uniforms and equipment for your team's use. Again, if you are not returning to coach in the Fall of 2012 after your team completes its season(s), contact Lynda Zeis at lzeis@earthlink.net for the when/where to return these items. Otherwise, follow the procedure for your team category below.
3. U06-07 Coaches Returning in the Fall of 2012:
Please collect all uniforms and keep them stored with the equipment for next Fall. By time of the WSC Coaches' Meeting in August, you will know what additional uniforms and equipment you will need.
4. U08 Coaches Returning in the Fall of 2012:
U08 coaches collect all uniforms. Please collect #3 balls and uniforms and return to the Club. You will use #4 balls next season and more than likely, your players will have outgrown their uniform by then. Contact Lynda Zeis at lzeis@earthlink.net for the when/where to return these items.
5. U09 Coaches Returning in the Fall of 2012:
U09 coaches collect all uniforms. Please return all the reversible uniforms and return to the Club. Your players will use single-ply, larger jerseys next season. Contact Lynda Zeis at lzeis@earthlink.net for the when/where to return these items.
6. U10-U11 Coaches Returning in the Fall of 2012:
Please collect all uniforms and keep them stored with the equipment for next Fall. By the WSC Coaches' Meeting in August, you will know what additional uniforms and equipment you will need.
7. U12 Coaches Returning in the Fall of 2012:
